Cape Tribulation is a headland in Tropical North Queensland approximately 110 km north of Cairns. Cape Tribulation is located within the Daintree National Park and the Wet Tropics World Heritage area. The Daintree Cape Tribulation is where the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree rainforest meet. The Daintree Cape Tribulation is the only place on earth where two World Heritage areas exist side by side. The Great Barrier Reef is some 19 km due east of Cape Tribulation.
