The Blues & Roots Festival is held every year on the Easter long weekend. For the past 18 years the festival have been the venue for some of the worlds most popular musicians. The Festival attracts more than 100,000 people from all over the country. Running for 5 days over the long weekend this major blues festival is one of Byron Bay’s major tourist attraction. |

Byron Bay Triathlon, Byron Bay |

The Byron Bay Triathlon starts at 1pm at the Byron Bay Surf Club. The triathlon consists of a 1500m ocean swim followed by a 40km out & back cycle finished off with a 10km road run.
Athletes from all around Australia arrive for this renowned sporting event. This year looks to be bigger than ever so get the family down to Byron Bay for an exciting day of racing. |
