Relay For Life is an event where teams of 10 to 15 people take turns walking or running around a local oval to raise funds for cancer research, education, support services and advocacy. Relay For Life is for young and old and you can walk as many or few laps as you like. It's not a race and you don't need to run! Frequency: Annual. The Henry Lawson Festival of The Arts is held on the June long weekend and celebrates Grenfell's famous son, Henry Lawson. Highlights of the festival include craft, art and photography exhibitions, poetry and drama, street parades and carnival, guinea pig races, fun run, wood chop, car show and food and wine.
