Capricorn Blue Resort boasts a wide range of resort facilities to ensure that your stay with us will be a truly memorable one. All apartments have been fitted with smart wiring which enables phone, internet and pay TV.
 
Remote control entry is connected to the main gate and all secured double garages. Security is further enhanced with intercom at the main entry and all entry foyers. Access to all apartments is via a security swipe card.

The generous indoor/outdoor living areas overlook more than 2000m2 of landscaped grounds and open play areas. The resort style pool and spa is complimented with two separate sheltered seating and Barbeque areas.

Capricorn Blue Resort has recently received the highest level of recognition for sustainability from the Urban Development Institute of Australia's (Queensland) EnviroDevelopment panel. It is one of seven developments to receive EnviroDevelopment certification but also the first national medium dense development to successfully meet all requirements on the 6 elements of sustainability.
